Salt Ayre Cog Set is a cycling club for young people (aged 6-18) based in the Lancaster-Morecambe area of North West England. We are a welcoming and inclusive club and are affiliated to British Cycling. We are a Go-Ride club and have achieved the Clubmark status that Sport England uses to determine well-run clubs across all sports.

We are also the fastest growing Junior cycling club in the North West.

There are TWO rides out planned. One longer one for the over 12s and a shorter family ride to to Glasson Dock. Arrive at Salt Ayre 9.45, ready to leave 10am
